Digi International Acquires Particle Industries for $50 Million

Digi International Inc. (Nasdaq: DGII) has acquired Particle Industries, an edge-to-cloud application infrastructure provider, for $50 million in cash. The acquisition — which adds about $20 million of subscription ARR to Digi — is intended to accelerate ARR growth and deepen Digi's embedded-as-a-service, edge compute and edge AI capabilities.
