ACR Group Acquires TRX Systems

ACR Group has acquired TRX Systems, a Maryland-based developer of NEON GPS‑denied location and TRX Dismounted Assured PNT solutions. TRX will retain its management, products, brand and location; financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands ACR Group’s assured position, navigation, and timing (PNT) capabilities for defense, public safety, and industrial customers.

KKR Acquires Arctos Partners in $1.4 Billion Deal

KKR announced it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Arctos Partners, an institutional investor focused on buying minority stakes in professional sports franchises and providing structured capital solutions to alternative asset managers. The deal is initially valued at $1.4 billion with additional contingent consideration, and KKR plans to expand into sports investing and build a larger multi-asset secondaries and solutions platform under a new business line, KKR Solutions.

AAR CORP. Acquires Aerostrat

AAR CORP. has acquired Seattle-based Aerostrat, a long-range aviation maintenance planning software provider, for $15 million plus contingent consideration of up to $5 million. The deal brings Aerostrat's Aerros product into AAR's Trax suite to expand Trax's ERP and long-range planning capabilities and continue to offer Aerros as a standalone solution to airlines, MROs, and cargo operators.

Bain Capital Makes Strategic Growth Investment in ARCOS LLC
