Datasite, a Minneapolis-based SaaS provider for M&A professionals, has completed the acquisition of London-based MergerLinks, a financial data and dealmaking platform for dealmakers and advisors. The purchase will integrate MergerLinks' vetted deal and relationships data into Datasite's suite of deal lifecycle applications to support deal ideation and expand Datasite's M&A data capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.
