CrowdStrike Acquires Adaptive Shield

CrowdStrike has agreed to acquire Israeli SaaS-security startup Adaptive Shield for a reported ~$300 million. The deal brings Adaptive Shield's SSPM and ITDR capabilities into CrowdStrike's Falcon platform to strengthen SaaS and identity-centered cloud security.

CyberArk Acquires Zilla Security

CyberArk has acquired Zilla Security for an enterprise value of $165 million in cash plus a $10 million earn-out. The acquisition adds Zilla's AI-powered modern IGA SaaS capabilities to CyberArk's Identity Security Platform to accelerate identity governance, provisioning and compliance across cloud and SaaS environments.

Palo Alto Networks Acquires CyberArk

Palo Alto Networks entered into a definitive cash-and-stock agreement to acquire CyberArk for approximately $25 billion in equity value. The deal was structured so that CyberArk shareholders would receive $45.00 in cash and 2.2005 shares of Palo Alto Networks stock for each CyberArk share. Palo Alto Networks later completed the acquisition on February 11, 2026.

KeyData Cyber Acquires BeyondID

KeyData Cyber, a CIVC Partners–backed identity and access management (IAM) provider, has acquired BeyondID, an AI-powered managed identity solutions provider with deep Okta expertise. The deal expands KeyData's advisory, implementation and managed-services capabilities, adds BeyondID's Identity Command Center platform and increases the combined company's delivery capacity and geographic reach across North America and beyond.

CyberArk Acquires Machine Identity Management Leader Venafi from Thoma Bravo

CyberArk has completed the acquisition of Venafi, a leader in machine identity management, from private equity firm Thoma Bravo for approximately $1.54 billion in cash and stock. The deal adds Venafi's certificate lifecycle management, PKI and workload identity capabilities (about $150M ARR and ~95% recurring revenue) to CyberArk's identity security platform to create an end-to-end machine identity security offering.
