CTS EVENTIM to Acquire Vivendi’s Festival and International Ticketing Activities (See Tickets)

CTS EVENTIM and Vivendi have signed a put option agreement for the proposed sale of Vivendi’s festival portfolio and its international ticketing activities. The deal is expected to complete in the coming months after consultation with the relevant employee representative bodies, and the acquired businesses are intended to retain their existing identities and management.
