Critical Process Systems Group Acquires Nuance Systems

Critical Process Systems Group (CPS), a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, has acquired Nuance Systems (NSI), a Portland-based supplier of ultra-high purity gas and chemical delivery systems and sensing technologies for the semiconductor and solar industries. The deal expands CPS's capabilities and customer diversification; NSI's co-owners Bill Kimmerle and Kyle Kimmerle will remain as CEO and President, respectively.
