Exyte Group Acquires Critical Process Systems Group from Wynnchurch Capital

Exyte Group, a global designer and builder of high-tech facilities, has acquired Critical Process Systems Group (CPS) from Wynnchurch Capital. Headquartered in Boise, Idaho, CPS provides mission-critical process equipment and engineering services to semiconductor, biopharmaceutical, life sciences and wastewater markets and will join Exyte’s services and process equipment portfolio, bringing more than 400 employees into the company.

NEC to Acquire CSG Systems International

CSG Systems International entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by NEC, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. CSG is canceling its upcoming Q3 2025 earnings call and will suspend future quarterly earnings calls pending the transaction.

Accenture Acquires OnProcess Technology

Accenture has acquired OnProcess Technology, a Boston-based provider of supply chain managed services and reverse logistics, to broaden Accenture's after-sales and service supply chain capabilities. The deal brings OnProcess's more than 1,500 employees into Accenture Operations and was previously owned in majority by the Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office (NSFO).

Corporate Technologies Acquires NuMSP

Corporate Technologies, a national managed service provider based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, has acquired NuMSP, an MSP serving small and mid-sized businesses, expanding Corporate Technologies' national footprint to 16 markets across eleven states. The deal, facilitated by IT ExchangeNet, enhances service capabilities (including 24x7 NOC and SOC) for NuMSP clients and is Corporate Technologies' first acquisition since being acquired by Tonka Bay Equity Partners in July 2023.

Sciens Building Solutions (Huron Capital) Acquires Critical System Solutions

Sciens Building Solutions, the fire service and integrated solutions platform backed by Huron Capital, has acquired St. Petersburg, Florida-based Critical System Solutions, a provider of life safety systems including fire detection, sprinklers, security and access control. The add-on strengthens Sciens' footprint on Florida's west coast and expands its capabilities and local service capacity within commercial, educational, hospitality and healthcare end markets.

Peak Technologies Acquires North Coast Technical

The acquisition expands Peak's machine vision and AI capabilities to better serve manufacturing, logistics and retail customers; North Coast's founder and CEO Dave Sexton will remain in his role.
