Convergint has acquired Premier Security Group (PSG), a physical security and systems-integration provider serving the financial sector across California, Utah and Arizona. The acquisition strengthens Convergint’s service capabilities and vertical expertise for financial customers by adding PSG’s design, installation and banking-equipment maintenance capabilities and relationships with more than 80 financial clients covering roughly 1,200 branches.
