Stanley Black & Decker has entered into an agreement to acquire Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) from Tinicum L.P. The acquisition will add CAM's engineered aerospace fasteners, fittings and complex assemblies to Stanley Black & Decker's industrial portfolio, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

The acquisition is intended to expand Howmet’s aerospace fastening systems business by adding CAM’s precision fasteners, fluid fittings, and other highly engineered components.

Headquartered in Melbourne, Florida, ATG supplies high-reliability defense electronics and engineering services across air, sea, ground and space domains; Tinicum said it will partner with management to support the company's next phase of growth and broaden its national security applications.

DCM Group Acquires Koss Aerospace and Brampton Processing

DCM Group Inc., a Thrust Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired DH Aerospace Holding Inc. operating as Koss Aerospace and Brampton Processing, expanding DCM's footprint into Ontario and adding in-house surface treatment capabilities. The acquisition vertically integrates metal finishing and plating services across DCM's operations, broadening its aerospace manufacturing offerings and customer base; Alexander Cajic will remain on board as VP Ontario Division. The transaction is supported by Thrust Capital Partners with backing from Investissement Québec and Desjardins Capital.
