Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing, LLC (a portfolio company of Tinicum Incorporated) has acquired Voss Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of high-performance coupling devices, bulge-formed ducting components and fabricated subassemblies for the aviation, aerospace and industrial markets. The deal is an add-on acquisition to expand CAM's aerospace manufacturing capabilities and customer base across North America and Europe.
