The acquisition expands 1WorldSync’s e-commerce analytics capabilities and integrates Webata’s retail-focused insights across 1WorldSync’s customer base of more than 14,000 brands and retailers.

Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), a division of Collectors Universe, has acquired Genamint, Inc., a machine-vision software company that provides real-time card diagnostics, measurements and card fingerprinting to scale and improve trading-card grading. Genamint founder Kevin Lenane joins PSA as VP of Product Management and the Genamint team will integrate with PSA to help increase throughput, accuracy and tracking of provenance amid record submission volumes.

WIT Acquires Tally Gamification Platform

University Games Acquires The Learning Journey International

The Learning Journey's founders JB and Debbie Frere will remain in management; University Games said the deal expands its educational product portfolio and retail distribution worldwide.
