GI Partners to Acquire Digita Group

Digital Realty to Acquire Majority Stake in Teraco Data Environments

Accenture Acquires Intellera Consulting

Accenture completed the acquisition of Intellera Consulting, a Rome- and Milan-based Italian consultancy focused on public sector innovation across public administration and healthcare. The deal was previously announced in April 2024 and adds more than 1,400 professionals to Accenture’s workforce, including expertise in strategy, consulting, technology, data, and AI for EU-fund-backed transformation initiatives.
