Accenture has entered into an agreement to acquire BRIDGEi2i, an AI and analytics firm headquartered in Bangalore, India. The deal is intended to expand Accenture’s Applied Intelligence capabilities in data science, machine learning, and AI-powered insights, adding more than 800 professionals. Financial terms are not disclosed, and completion is subject to customary closing conditions.

SoftBank Group entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DigitalBridge Group, an alternative asset manager focused on digital infrastructure, for about $4.0 billion enterprise value. Cognizant has agreed to acquire Mobica, a Manchester-based IoT and embedded software engineering services provider, to broaden its IoT and product engineering capabilities. The deal adds nearly 900 people across Europe and North America (including ~550 engineers in Poland); the acquisition is expected to close in February 2023 and financial terms were not disclosed.
