Certain affiliates of BetaNXT, the Clearlake Capital- and Motive Partners-backed wealth management software platform, have acquired Mediant Communications, a provider of investor communications technology and technology-enabled solutions. The acquisition will expand BetaNXT's wealth management platform by adding investor communications and proxy solutions, integrating Mediant's digital-forward capabilities into BetaNXT's suite of front-, middle- and back-office offerings.

Certain affiliates of BetaNXT have acquired Delta Data, a Columbus, Georgia-based provider of operational software for mutual funds, transfer agents and asset managers. The acquisition will integrate Delta Data's capabilities (trade management, mutual fund sub-accounting, transfer agent functionality and revenue/fee management) into BetaNXT's DataXChange to expand its wealth management technology platform.

Motive Partners & Clearlake Acquire Majority Stake in InvestCloud

Funds advised by Motive Partners and Clearlake Capital acquired an 80% stake in InvestCloud and combined it with Motive portfolio companies Finantix and Tegra118 to create a global, next-generation SaaS wealth solutions platform. Co-investors in the transaction included Accenture, Citi Ventures and Fiserv; the combined InvestCloud Group will target global wealth managers, private banks and asset managers with an integrated cloud-native offering.

USD $7M) plus up to two contingent installments, in the company's first M&A since its 2021 IPO.
