Cleanova, a PX3 portfolio company, is acquiring Micronics Engineered Filtration Group from Vance Street Capital. The combination will create a larger independent industrial filtration platform spanning North America and EMEA, with complementary air and liquid filtration capabilities. The transaction is expected to close in Q2 2025 (deal-signing announced March 5, 2025).
