Cellebrite Completes Acquisition of SCG Canada, Inc.

Cellebrite (NASDAQ: CLBT) has completed its acquisition of SCG Canada, Inc., a drone-forensics provider whose solutions help extract, decode, and visualize data from more than 80 common UAVs. Cellebrite said the add-on expands its AI-powered digital investigation platform with a new data source for defense, intelligence, and public safety investigations. Financial terms were not disclosed.
