The deal—GiveCampus's first acquisition—expands its product capabilities and integrates Community Funded’s customer success, support, product and engineering teams to broaden social fundraising services for K–12 and higher-education customers; GiveCampus completed the acquisition following a $50 million growth investment led by Silversmith Capital Partners.
