Cadre Holdings Completes Acquisition of Carr's Engineering Division

Cadre Holdings, Inc. completed the acquisition of Carr's Engineering Limited (excluding Chirton Engineering) and Carr's Engineering (US), Inc.—the Engineering Division of Carr's Group plc—for an enterprise value of £75 million. The deal was funded with incremental term debt and is intended to expand Cadre's nuclear safety product offerings and international footprint.

Cadre Holdings Acquires TYR Tactical in $170 Million Deal

The deal included $120 million in cash and $24 million of Cadre common stock, plus up to $25 million of contingent earn-out consideration, and Cadre also bought certain TYR Tactical affiliate real property for $30 million in cash.

The acquisition strengthens Harris' vertical market software capabilities in emergency and public management and supports ICO's continued expansion within Canada.
