The Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Partnership (AIP), together with MGX and BlackRock’s Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), will acquire 100% of Aligned Data Centers from private infrastructure funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management and co-invest partners. The consortium expects the transaction to fuel expansion of next-generation cloud and AI infrastructure, implying an enterprise value of approximately $40 billion, with closing expected in the first half of 2026 subject to approvals.

S&P Global to Acquire ORBCOMM AIS Data Services Business

American Industrial Partners Acquires AquaShip AS and Intership AS and Combines Them into Global Aqua Services Platform

American Industrial Partners (AIP) has become the majority and controlling shareholder of Norway-based AquaShip AS and Intership AS and will merge the two companies into a single global aquaculture service vessel operator. Talweg Capital co-invested in the combined company; Alchemy sold its stake in Intership. The combined business will operate a fleet of 39 vessels with nearly 700 employees and serve salmon farmers across Norway, Scotland, Ireland, Chile, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

(NYSE: SUAC), which will result in Dot Ai becoming a publicly traded company on Nasdaq. In connection with the closing, Dot Ai raised $12 million in PIPE financing and began trading on Nasdaq on June 23, 2025 under the ticker symbols DAIC and DAICW.
