Bridgepoint Development Capital V will become the majority shareholder in NMi Group, a Pan‑European provider of Advisory, Testing, Inspection, Certification and Calibration (ATICC) services, in a transaction signed in early June 2025. DC Advisory acted as exclusive financial advisor to Bridgepoint; the deal (terms undisclosed) follows NMi’s growth under Levine Leichtman Capital Partners and is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
