Bourne Partners Strategic Capital (BPSC) and Meeting Street Capital (MSC) jointly led a Series A growth equity investment in Cadence Rx, a workers' compensation-focused pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) founded by Artemis Emslie. The funding will support scaling Cadence Rx's tech-enabled PBM platform to reduce drug spend and expand program management for workers' compensation carriers, third-party administrators, self-insured employers and state-run enterprises.
