Billtrust Acquires Order2Cash

Billtrust has acquired Netherlands-based Order2Cash, a B2B order-to-cash platform provider, to expand its European footprint and broaden its Business Payments Network (BPN). Order2Cash's enterprise customer base and connections to 70+ B2B and B2G e-invoicing networks will be integrated into Billtrust's SaaS AR automation and payments platform; the Order2Cash team will continue operating from Amsterdam, Joure, Krakow and New York.

Bill.com acquired Divvy, a Draper, Utah-based leader in spend management, in a stock-and-cash transaction valued at approximately $2.5 billion (about $625M cash and $1.875B in Bill.com stock). The deal integrates Divvy’s expense management software and corporate card capabilities into Bill.com’s cloud financial operations platform to give SMB customers a one‑stop solution for AP, AR and spend management.

Scoro Acquires Envoice to Add AI-Powered Bill & Expense Management

Flywire Acquires Invoiced for $55M

Boston-based Flywire Corporation acquired Austin-headquartered Invoiced on Aug. 2 for $55 million (approximately $47.5M cash plus $7.5M contingent consideration). The deal adds an accounts-receivable SaaS capability to Flywire's B2B payments platform, is expected to contribute about $2M revenue in FY2024, and aims to accelerate Flywire's product roadmap and monetization of Invoiced's invoicing volume.

ClearCourse Acquires B2B eCommerce Platform GOb2b

GOb2b, which serves customers across the United Kingdom and Ireland in sectors such as food and drink, health and safety, and manufacturing, will be integrated into ClearCourse's suite of solutions.

Mollie To Acquire GoCardless

Mollie has signed an agreement to acquire bank payments company GoCardless to create a unified European payments and bank payment platform. The combined platform will combine card payments, local payment methods, and bank payments under a single provider and is expected to be finalized in mid-2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
