Bain Capital Private Equity completed the acquisition of Guidehouse from Veritas Capital for $5.3 billion. Guidehouse, a McLean, Virginia–headquartered consulting and managed services firm with more than 17,000 professionals, will continue to be led by CEO Scott McIntyre as it pursues further organic and inorganic growth under Bain.
