Sopra Steria has completed the acquisition of Aurexia, a Paris-based management consulting firm specializing in financial services. The deal, consolidated from 1 May 2025, adds roughly 140 consultants to Sopra Steria Next and strengthens Sopra Steria's consulting capabilities in banking, insurance and financial institutions.

Sopra Steria to Acquire CS Group

Sopra Steria has signed an acquisition agreement to acquire the main block of CS Group’s shares held by Yazid Sebag, Eric Blanc-Garin and their joint holding company Duna & Cie, and to purchase additional stakes from Cira Holding and the founders of Novidy’s. The deal values CS Group at €11.50 per share and would take Sopra Steria’s total ownership to 75.06%, followed by a simplified public tender offer for the remaining shares.

Sopra Steria to Acquire EVA Group

Sovos Acquires Aatrix Software

The acquisition strengthens Sovos' coverage across W-2, 1099 and ACA 1095 reporting and integrates Aatrix's payroll forms and partner integrations into Sovos' compliance platform; terms were not disclosed.
