Aurum Technology Acquires Computer Consultants Corporation (CCCorp)

Aurum Technology, a provider of open integrated technology solutions for financial services, has acquired Salt Lake City–based Computer Consultants Corporation (CCCorp). The deal brings Aurum CCCorp's Microsoft .NET-based Mercury core processing platform and its ~600 credit union customers, expanding Aurum's market presence in the small- to mid-tier credit union segment and adding complementary technology capabilities.
