Glyptal will retain its brand while operations and support functions are being integrated into NCP's headquarters; Glyptal's family ownership will assist during the transition. The transaction expands NCP's capabilities into electrical insulation and automotive engine coating applications and represents an add-on acquisition to the PE-backed platform.

Polymatech Electronics Acquires Nisene Technology Group Inc.

Polymatech Electronics, via its Singapore subsidiary Artificial Electronics Intelligent Materials Pte Ltd., has acquired Nisene Technology Group Inc., a 50-year-old California-based semiconductor company known for IC design and decapsulation equipment. The deal strengthens Polymatech's semiconductor capabilities by combining Nisene's silicon and silicon carbide expertise with Polymatech's sapphire-wafer technologies to develop multi-wafer semiconductor products and advanced chip fabrication/testing devices.
