Atlassian Acquires Rewatch to Add AI Meeting Bots to Loom and Rovo

Atlassian has acquired Rewatch, an AI-powered meeting notetaker, screen recording tool and video hub, which it plans to integrate into Loom and its Rovo AI platform. The acquisition will enable automatic transcripts, searchable meeting content and the ability to convert meeting notes into Jira issues and other workflow items; financial terms were not disclosed.

Perelel Acquires LOOM to Boost Women's Health Education
