Electroplating (CIL), a Lawrence, Massachusetts-based metal finishing provider serving aerospace and defense OEMs. CIL, which employs approximately 160 people across two facilities, expands Valence's Northeast capabilities and represents the platform's eleventh add-on; the deal closed alongside a refinancing and CIL's management will remain in place.

Valence Surface Technologies Acquires Foresight Finishing

The add-on expands Valence's capabilities in tight-tolerance precious metal plating and provides regional presence in the A&D electronics supply chain; financial terms were not disclosed.

ATL Partners-Led Group Invests Over $300 Million in Arrive Logistics

An investor group led by ATL Partners, with co-investors The Baupost Group, British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI), and Temasek, made an investment of more than $300 million in Arrive Logistics, taking a significant minority stake and becoming the company's largest investor. The capital — a mix of primary and secondary equity — will fund Arrive's investment in proprietary technology, new service offerings, geographic expansion (including Canada and Mexico), and team growth.
