Securitech generated roughly $16 million in sales in 2022, employs about 50 people, and the acquisition is intended to expand ASSA ABLOY's product portfolio and strengthen its position in mature, high-security end markets.

MSEK 110); ASSA ABLOY says the deal is accretive to EPS and expands its product portfolio.
