Ara Partners Acquires Majority Interest in USD Clean Fuels

Ara Partners has acquired a majority interest in USD Clean Fuels (USDCF), a Houston-based developer, owner and operator of midstream logistics infrastructure for the renewable fuels value chain. As part of the transaction USDCF also acquired the West Colton Rail Terminal in California, and Ara committed additional capital to expand USDCF's infrastructure footprint across North America.
