Altair Acquires S-FRAME Software

Altair (Nasdaq: ALTR) has acquired S-FRAME Software, a British Columbia–based structural analysis and design software company founded in 1981, to strengthen Altair's presence in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) market. The acquisition combines S-FRAME's finite element and code-compliance capabilities with Altair's simulation, HPC and optimization platform, and S-FRAME products will be offered via Altair Units subscription licensing.
