Alloy Acquires Narwhal.Digital to Expand Creative and Technical Capabilities

Alloy, an Atlanta-based integrated marketing agency, has acquired fellow Atlanta creative technology firm Narwhal.Digital LLC to deepen its design, product and technical capabilities. Narwhal founders Jennifer Ready and Vivek Pandya will join Alloy in leadership/advisory roles; terms were not disclosed. The combined business now employs more than 60 people and will broaden Alloy's services for technology and SaaS clients.

Breck Partners and Patriot Capital Invest in Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists

Dallas-based private equity firm Breck Partners has made a control equity investment in Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists (AWRS), partnering with AWRS CEO Rob Wheeley and management. Patriot Capital provided debt and an equity co-investment to support the transaction, which will fund AWRS’s continued growth, service expansion, and geographic scaling from its Norcross, Georgia headquarters.

Generational Equity advised Alloyweld on the sale — the deal brings Alloyweld’s specialized radiography and 3D CT capabilities into Acuren’s broader asset integrity and NDT platform to expand service capabilities for aerospace, medical device and industrial customers.

Johnson Controls to Acquire Alloy Enterprises

Solowin Acquires AlloyX for $350 Million

Solowin has completed a $350 million acquisition of AlloyX, a stablecoin infrastructure provider, integrating AlloyX's enterprise-grade stablecoin platform, RWA tokenization tools, and global payment network into Solowin's regulated financial services. The deal includes a 12-month lock-up for AlloyX selling shareholders and performance-based incentives tied to future valuation, and positions Solowin to expand stablecoin-driven payments into emerging markets including the UAE, ASEAN and Africa.
