Infodis has acquired Quodagis Integration as part of its rapid growth strategy following Groupe HLD's majority stake investment in Infodis. The deal, Infodis' second acquisition in under six months after Atexweb, supports the creation of a Consulting centre of excellence, expands multi-publisher solutions, and accompanies Infodis' geographic expansion (Infodis Iberica in Barcelona and a new Toulouse office).

Destinus Acquires Daedalean AG for CHF 180 Million
