American Trust Company, a retirement solutions provider for small- and mid-sized plan sponsors, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire LT Trust Company, a Denver-based national retirement plan provider and recordkeeper. The deal is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is intended to expand American Trust’s institutional outsourcing capabilities, add talent and technology, and increase its presence in the Midwest and Western U.S.

AmTrust Acquires DUAL North America's Middle Market Management Liability Practice
