Acrisure Acquires Unilink Group to Expand in Central and Eastern Europe

Acrisure announced it will acquire Unilink Group, described as the largest insurance distribution platform in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The deal adds Unilink’s operations and workforce across Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Moldova, with Unilink’s CEO Igor Rusinowski and management continuing to lead the business. The transaction is expected to close after pending regulatory approvals; deal terms were not disclosed.
