The deal will expand Accenture’s sourcing and procurement advisory and execution capabilities for private equity clients and consumer goods, retail, technology, and industrial organizations, including adding approximately 220 sourcing consultants and a suite of technology procurement tools.

The acquisition strengthens Accenture's global Security practice by adding FusionX's red-team and advanced adversary simulation capabilities to Accenture's security transformation and operations offerings. Terms were not disclosed.
